For far too long, I was stuck in the weeds. I mean...just spinning that hamster wheel. Every day, I’d wake up to find another client. Make another call. Do another deal. And then I’d start the grind all over again the next day. I had no concept of leverage. No concept of freedom. I wanted something more meaningful. Something bigger than me. And then it hit me. I wanted my why to be GIVING BACK. I wanted to help other agents find success my learning leadership and leverage. And now, for the first time in my life, I’m walking in freedom. I’m not enslaved to my work. I’m not dependent on another paycheck. And I’m not waiting to hit another benchmark. And though that means I could drop all of my work tomorrow, I don’t want to. I’m having fun. I’m helping other agents break out off the hamster wheel. I’m making a difference. And you know what? That doesn’t feel like work.
